1. Choose Your Ticket Type Above

Once you enter this page, the timer begins!

Choose a single, double, or triple occupancy ticket, and be sure to add multiple tickets if you’re paying for the entire room. Single means you’re staying alone, double means two people in a room with 1 king bed, and triple means three people in a room with 2 double beds. You will be able to add your roommates and send them an invitation to register to join you in your room on the next page. If you are all paying for your own ticket, only add 1 ticket to your cart.

2. Notify & Checkout

If you are in a double or triple room and are not paying for all tickets, input your roommate(s) info to send them an invite to register in your room! Complete your registration and pay for your ticket(s). All roommates will need to check out before the timer runs out. If it does, you will be notified that the timer ran out and will have to rejoin the queue to start over.

3. Make it Official

If you purchased the whole room, you’re in! Otherwise, anxiously wait for your roommates to check out & watch their progress on your screen. Your room will be held for the remaining time. Don’t worry, you won’t be charged until you’re confirmed. Once they finish checking out, vwah-la! You will get a message & email confirming your booking.

Roommate Matching:

Roommate matching will not be available during the presale. We suggest trying to find a roommate to guarantee a spot!

Sellout and Waitlist Process:

If all available presale rooms sell out, you can try again during our general sale during which more rooms WILL BE RELEASED!  If you are unable to secure a reservation during the general sale due to a sellout, you will have the option to join a waitlist. If there is a cancellation, we will reach out to the first person on the waitlist and offer them registration. They will have 48 hours to decide to register or not. After 48 hours, we will reach out to the next person on the list, and so on.

Your ticket is not only your admission to all of your Bundle Birth learning, but to a luxury getaway where we will take care of everything for you!

Please note: airfare not included. Plan to fly to the Cancun (CUN) airport.

To activate the refund policy, you must cancel your ticket by emailing business@bundlebirth.com.

The following cancellation penalties apply:

• For cancellations until December 31st, 2024, you will be refunded all charges, less a $199 administration fee.
• For cancellations between January 1st, 2025, and April 30th, 2025, all charges will be refunded, less a $395 fee.
• For cancellations between May 1st, 2025, and September 31st, 2025, all charges will be refunded, less a $595 fee.
• For cancellations between October 1st, 2025, and December 31st, 2025, all charges will be refunded, less a $795 fee.

Please note: Absolutely no refunds are available after December 31st, 2025. Refunds are for the TOTAL cost of your ticket, not what you have paid in payment plans. Extreme circumstances will be considered on an individual basis, please reach out to business@bundlebirth.com in this case.

We strongly encourage you to ensure appropriate travel insurance coverage as we will not consider registration refunds outside of the above-noted policy. You may, however, transfer your registration to another individual if you cannot attend, but Bundle Birth will not be responsible for finding this attendee. In this case, a $125 service fee will apply per ticket for any change up until April 1st, 2026. If the ticket is transferred after April 1st, 2026 the administration fee will be $400 to cover the added last-minute costs of the change. The transfer option is available until April 15th, 2026. After April 15th, 2026 the option to change your ticket to another attendee is not available.
